INVISION has acquired a majority stake in the company as part of a succession solution. The two founders, Petra Posselius and Ellen Berg, will remain significant shareholders and will continue to lead the company with the existing management in their roles as CEO and Head of Growth, respectively.
The common goal is to strategically continue the successful growth course and to support the expansion by opening further clubs in Switzerland.
